Terms and Conditions A full list of terms and conditions will be provided before training commences.
- You must hold a valid driving license, provisional, full or international, and produce it on (or in advance of) your first training session. You must be fit to drive with regard to legal and medical requirements.
- Cancellations by either pupil or instructor - If needed to be made 48 hours before the time of the booked lesson, or the normal lesson fee may be charged. An exception to this requirement is illness.
- Block bookings - Must be paid for in advance to receive reduced rate.
- Practical Driving Test - Highlands Drive reserves the right to withdraw a vehicle for test use, if it considered that provision of the vehicle could cause a risk to public safety.
- Driving tests and bookings - Highlands Drive cannot be held responsible if the DSA cancels a Driving Test due to illness, staff shortages, adverse weather conditions or other reasons. Your instructor will assist with calaiming compensation from the DSA.
