A couple of things to know before you book your lessons:-

Before taking driving lessons on UK roads, you must have  your provisional licence. This can be applied for so that you have it in time for your 17th Birthday.

If you would like to take your first driving lesson on your 17th birthday, then this can be arranged as long as you have received your licence in time.
